Even the two Meat Boy games (and MoneySeize, for that matter), which I absolutely hate because of the difficulty lies more in ultra-sensitive controls instead of actual puzzles in the stage, got 2s from me (I liked the story and appreciated the difficulty outside of the controls). Pretty much every other game with API and badges got better ratings from me than Sonny 2. If you want me to judge Sonny 2 in comparison to what I have rated, well… there are a **ton** of games that I’ve rated higher than Sonny 2 my previous post provided a short sample list of games that I took into mind when rating Sonny 2 along with my reasoning as to why I didn’t give Sonny 2 the same rating as those games. You have to realize that I make my judgments based on everything else I’ve played on this site (and maybe another game site or two I’ll admit, I’ve made a couple of Kong judgments in comparison to (), which I would give a 4 or 5) I’m not one of those people who get 50 points a day rating games because I would have to actually _play_ them in order to give out consistent ratings. You’re telling me to judge against something I cannot and will not provide information on or judge it against stuff that I’ve already played and judged. > Sonny 2 got 5 from me as did Sonny 1, try comparing Sonny to many other games on this site and you will find it better then most, Want me to compare it to games that I’ve rated and played or garbage games that I don’t even bother playing? I’ve been “loose” on this site for about two years now, and I think I know how to “just play” on this site. > you need to loosen up and just play,Telling me to “just play”… that’s rather hilarious and seems to be more of an attack rather than an actual argument. If the critics point out legitimate downfalls in the game (and they did), does it mean it’s a bad game? Yet millions of people bought it (or d/led a cracked version), and a majority of those people love it. Lately, FF13 has received a lot of mixed reviews, and I mean mixed. A bunch of scientists and medical professionals say that it’s bad and it’s the number one preventable cause of death, but millions of people still smoke. Thanks to my morning Toxicology class, the first thing that comes to my mind to illustrate this point is smoking. So if something is really bad but a lot of people still like it, is it bad? Any hypothetical might work here, but in practically all instances, whether or not the masses like it does not change the fact that it’s bad. > So? If 300 gamers like it, and afew (including you) don’t, then your word are hollow facts,
